Very nice hotel located next to a shopping centre with various facilities including several restaurants, bowling, cinema and of course shops. Across the road from the new science museum and oceanographic centre which are both good to visit and it's only a couple of miles from the beach. The only downside of this hotel was that outside parking was limited which meant that most nights I had to park in the shopping centre car park which cost 15 Euros per day, but I would go back to this hotel as it was very modern and clean and the surrounding facilities were very good.
