Being the largest airport serving Paris and the second busiest passenger airport in Europe after London Heathrow, it is located 23 kms north east of Paris and handles over 200,000 passengers daily.Also known as Paris Roissy this airport consists of three modern terminals with Terminals 1 and 2 housing a range of shops with world famous fashion retail houses amongst them, gift shops, restaurants and bars including McDonalds, La Brioche Doree and La Terrasse de Paris.
This airport has catered to travelling businessmen and offer facilities including meeting rooms and VIP lounges, with internet access being available in two lounges in Terminal 2.Terminal 1 offers eight meeting rooms with fax and photocopy facilities. A Post Office is located in both terminals. Currency exchange and banking services and first aid facilities and a pharmacy are some of the additional amenities on offer at this airport. Parking is available in Terminals 1 and 2 with specially designed parking slots for the physically disabled.
