One real disappointment was that the reason we chose the hotel was because the information told us there was a pool and gym facilities. This was true in the nearby fitness centre but it was at an extra charge of CH 20 per day. We didn't want to be there all day but to use the pool for example in the mornings or evening. Although it was at a discounted rate we felt let down. Also the WiFi was also at an extra charge. This again wasn't on the roomnet info. The hotel bar wasn't open in the evenings although you could purchase drinks from a cool cabinet. << click here to read less
