Arrived to find that details for only ONE booked room had been passed on to Hotel Monte Triana. Stayed relaxed, and receptionist was very helpful and called the manager. True to his word, the manager said he would find us a room within 5 minutes (did it in 3)! Very impressed, as the receptionist had just informed another caller that the hotel was fully booked. Hotel, location and price excellent and apart from that one little glitch, pleased all round with RoomsNet.com, Hotel Monte Triana and trip to Seville. Thank you, Prue, Isle of Wight, England.
