The only slight hiccup was that on arrival we went to our to find that we had been allocated a twin bed room. (the beds were narrow!) Went back and spoke with manager of Hotel - he was helpful - We booked a 'double room' but the reservation you made on our behalf was for a twin. (eevn though the hotel confirmation and voucher provided from you to me said a double) The manager was able to move us to a Standard double - so fortunatly all was well.
