We booked a double rom and were given a twin room with two single beds. when approached the staff were what I would call RUDE. We were not moved as requested. We ordered transport for myself my wife and 6 of our friend who also stayed at this hotel only for us to be abandonded by this transport as ordered and paid for at reception at the hotel universo. overall 6 out of 10!
