Smallish room, all 3 desk staff during our 5-night stay were unhelpful and sometimes rude with it. But good breakfast and very good location. Ensuite facilities OK but TV small, and only CNN in English. No air-con remote control in the room on checking in. Told to 'come back tomorrow morning'. Was only given the remote after making it clear that I wasn't going back to my room without one. Magically, one then appeared!

We stayed at the Rimini for 7 days in February and found the hotel perfect for our needs. Very clean. Good location--right near Termini Station, which is convenient for getting everywhere in the city. Nice breakfast room with lots of choice--and made-to-order cappuccino every morning. The rooms aren't huge, but they're perfectly adequate, unless you travel with lots of luggage. We would definitely stay here again!

We were expecting cheap and cheerful and we got better than average. The hotel staff were very helpful with all our requests. The location is ideal if you want to use the train services. Breakfast was excellent (continental). No complaints. Enjoyed our stay.
