It was a clean hotel and I felt safe in there. However, we got a bit of a frosty reception on arrival, and it appeared as though there might be a problem with our booking. We also had a problem trying to book a cab back to the station, and the hotel were not very helpful about that.
We were also a little disappointed about the surroundings, as it wasn't in a very nice area, and we didn't feel totally comfortable or safe in the surrounding area. However, as I say, we did feel safe in the hotel.
The breakfasts were o.k. although it was a little disappointing not to be offered brown bread, and it was a shame that the coffee was from a machine, rather than having fresh brew, which I was so looking forward to in Italy. More >> |
