The hotel is perfectly situated for seeing the sights of Rome. 10 minutes walk from the Termini, 3 minutes from the metro station and a minute from the main bus route on Via Nazional. The staff were friendly and all spoke excellent English. A porter is available to take luggage to your room and there are 2 lifts. The rooms are high ceilinged, clean and functional but there are no frills and no tea/coffee facilities. They do come with a free safe, iron and hairdryer. Bedding was changed every day. The breakfast buffet is fine with a good selection of hot and cold foods and silver pots of coffee and tea.
If there was a down side then it was the noise from the road at rush hours - which seems to begin at around 0630. All in all a great base for exploring and we would certainly stay there again. More >> |
