Too far out of the city centre especially when the metro closes at 20.30. The choice of restaurants inthe area is very poor. We found one restaurant which seemed to cater more for the many school parties there are, but not what you need after a hectic days sightseeing! The hotel is more geared up for the many conferences which take place there more than the tourist. The room we were given on arrival was extremely small and the bathroom resembled a cupboard! I did complain at reception and was given a much better room the following day. The breakfast was also disappointing.

The hotel was beutiful and set within a lovely park. The rooms were lovey and just recently re-furbished. The only thing wrong with it was that itt was a bit far from the centre of Rome although it was only a five minute walk to the subway station.

The hotel was very pleasent as was the setting. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially sara.the food was great unfortunately the breakfast was dissapointing(same every day) Getting around was very easy as the metro is only 5 mins walk away from the hotel. Walking is the best way to see what Rome has to offer so be prepared to walk up lots of steps and steep hills. Hard work but well worth it!!! there are long ques for main attractions such as the colleseum and the sistine chapel so it is advisable to pre book tickets or get up very early and wait in line. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and i would recommend this hotel if you are planning to go to Rome.
