Location is on the good side of the Termini and around the corner from the Della de Republique fountain & Opera House, making most of the 'must see sites' within walking distance. Excellent value for money we stayed 4 nights for £216, breakfast much better than other Italian hotels we have stayed at, plenty of choice etc. Roof top garden was out of use in early spring, however you can see St Peters from up there. Overall, I would recommend this hotel but do NOT eat at the restaurant opposite called Washington Snack Bar as prices extortionate eg £52 Euro for 2 pizza and 2 large beer!! We ate at the Chinese round the corner which was great.

The hotel was clean, the reception staff helpful,the bedroom/ensuite of good size, and the breakfast buffet was good and replenished quickly by the staff. A bowl of fresh fruit would be a good addition. Overall I would recommend for a City hotel in a central location with easy access of transport.
