Good clean hotel with large rooms, nice people. when we arrived we were worried the the amount we had payed for the rooms was just a deposit as we could'nt beleive it was so cheep! It takes about half an hour to reach rome center, we had trouble gettin to the hotel on the way as we didnt no which bus to catch! btw its 343 :)

There is this receptionist who treated me and my wife like Black people doesn't come from this planet. lnfact right from when we checked in in the morning his face was like he didn't expect us he asked our passport in a rudy way didn't even explain what he need the passport for after asking what the passport is for he then took them from us we didn't get the passport till 10 pm when we went to the the reception to ask for our passports. He wouldn't give us iron to iron our cloths and wouldn't get them iron for us either that was the the next morning at the same time we it was past 10 am we asked him why we didn't get our breakfast served he said we should have come to the restaurant we told him us about that and if there should be anyone to do that it should have been him because he checked us in and he said to us no he didn't and can't remember l really didn't want to argue so l went back to my room empty stomach and this is how a receptionist treat a customer.
