The hotel has the best staff I've ever seen. There are ther to help you in any language you require! They have a great breskfast with variety and flavour. Once the hotel is not very near the city center, they will help you to get there the best and cheapest way. I got to go in and uot of the center just adding 2 more euros at the daily expenses. Great hotel! I recommend it to someone that needs to stay close to the airport.

The hotel was very clean, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and really helpful. They drew maps, explained the Metro and bus systems (which are really easy and extremely good value for money.) Fresh bed linen and towels daily. Even drive you to a local restaurant free of charge and collect you when you've finished your meal. This saves you 10 euros each way. The restaurant is lovely, not over priced and the food is amazing. The hotel is outside of the city centre but a quick bus and Metro journey gets you there in no time. The bus stop is just across the road from the front of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and have a small fridge with cold drinks that are replenished as you use them (again reasonably priced,) I can't say enough about this hotel and it's staff but I'll certainly be going back there. FANTASTIC. I originally booked this hotel because it was so reasonably priced and I was on a very tight budget. After it was all booked I found the web site for the hotel, after reading the reviews I was of the opinion that you either loved it or loathed it. Well all I can say is you certainly get value for money. The staff have unlimited reserves of patience when their guests are trying out their bits of Italian on them. Just as well they have a sense of humour, I'm sure we did a pretty good job of murdering their language on more than one occasion! Just one last thing to say, Thank you to Roomsnet for making it so incredibly easy to book.

hotel staff were extremly friendly and helpful. when we missed out bus one night the staff of the hotel were worried about us. although the hotel is situated quite far out from the centre of rome, the nearest metro station is only a few minutes away on the bus. we enjoyed our stay there extremely and the pizzeria outside the hotel we very convenient.

Taxi strike meant we had to leave by 6.45am and missed breakfast - not available until 7am.The receptionist was very helpful in locating a taxi for us. Cost of taxi to Ciampino airport is usually about 30 euros. We had very good facilities in our triple room including 2 shower rooms and 2 bedrooms and a fridge. Curtains in room insufficient to cover windows and nets don't seemed to have been cleaned for a while, although the rest of the room was very clean. There is a good local supermarket and reasonable/tasty pizzas very close to the hotel. The down side is the location. Very run down. There is a square at the back of the hotel which was very noisy. Apart from the Pizzas and the local supermarket there is nothing within walking distance. We stayed in the hotel last year but the location seems to have become more run down since then. The cost of public transport from the hotel into Rome is cheap (about 2 euros each way) and regular buses/metro but the journey takes about an hour.

My two friends and I had booked a room at Hotel Arcadia for 5 days. We reached the hotel to find lovely, accommodating staff, who were willing to do so many extra things. We were often driven to the city centre instead of having to wait for a bus, the owner himself, drove us on one of the days. After we had found out that there was a reduced bus service on weekends, we called the hotel to as which bus to take and they kindly told us that they would drive the 6 miles to pick us up. The hotel was clean, the service wonderful. My family wants to go and stay there too. An excellent hotel!
