The Mucha Museum in Prague is dedicated to the work of famous Art-Nouveau artist, Alphons Mucha. The museum is housed inside the Kaunicky Palace in the center of the city, and holds over 100 items ranging from paintings to Mucha?s personal belongings. A half hour documentary on the life and work of the artist is also shown at the exhibition. Guided tours are available on request, although this has to be booked 3 or 4 days prior.
Visitors can travel to this location via metro services on line stopping at either Muzeum or Mustek. The Wenceslas Square is close to the Mucha Museum and is great for shopping, meeting people and hanging out.
