We had booked half board in this 4-star hotel, and were very disappointed. The menu, consisting of 4 starters, mains and Sweets was the same one every evening! A little variety could have been expected from a 4-star hotel. Very few people ate in the hotel, and perhaps they were aware of this lack of interest on the part of the chef. The staff, however were friendly and helpful.

we were supposed to stay in the Bila Labut but unfortunately we were told on arrival that the hotel was double-booked and we had to be moved to another hotel....Residence Agnes...where although the place was ok and clean, we did not have any of the facilities we wanted when we booked the Bila Labut. We had fantastic time inPrague and did not let this spoil our trip, however it was difficult to obtain tea and coffee and we felt a bit undervalued especially as we had met some people who were staying at the Bila Labut and felt we missed out on their company because we were moved immediately, and the taxi sent to take us to new hotel...the driver didnt even know where it was and we had to get dropped off and walk to find the place! We had only just arrived and were unfamiliar with the place. So really we cant comment on this hotel, can we??? Thanks

First time visit to Prague and we stayed at Bila Labut which was a lovely and friendly hotel set in the Old Town of Prague, rooms were kept spotless along with reception area and bar. The breakfast had a choice to suit all. Would highly recommend it
