When we arrived at the Amerisuites we found that it had changed hands and was now being operated by Hyatt. The first room we were offered was tatty. The carpet was badly stained, it was cramped and in need of complete decoration. We were then shown to a room on the 7th floor which was a vast improvement on the first. It was reasonably spacious, new carpet and was clean and was in good condition. The bed linen was changed every three days. The buffet breakfast was pretty good though became a bit boring after several days of the same menu. Overall it was good value, well located and apart from the problem with the first room we enoyed our stay. Read Less
