This is our 4th visit to this hotel and to be honest i think it will be the last time. Previously we had a bad experience with Roaches, but the Hotel staff were extremely helpful and relocated us to another room. We thought that it was a one off and was prepared to stay again. However, although we didnt have any unwanted room guests such as roaches, the hotel didnt feel particularly clean this time and is becoming a little tired and needs a good thorough make over. During our stay it did become apparent that Roaches and bed bugs was becoming a problem in other rooms after hearing complaints at the front desk from other guests. The hotel staff are happy to please and are very helpful - its just a shame that the rooms are letting the service down. I would be extremely upset if i had paid a large amount of money for this accomodation as it simply is not worth it.
As for the location of the hotel, it has lovely surroundings and is away from the hustle and bustle of international drive, however, the I-Ride Stop is directly outside of the hotel and courtesy buses are available from the lobby if you do not have a hire car. More >> |

This is the 2nd time we have stopped at this particular hotel. If you are expecting 5 star accomdation then this is not for you, but if you are looking purely for a base after a hard day shopping or theme parks then this is just the ticket. Although the hotel may look a little tired and dated, it is very good value for money, after all its not every hotel that changes your towels everyday - not even in the most expensive ones! You will need a car to get out and about, however, there is an I-Ride Bus stop directly outside the Hotel if you aren't one for the american roads. Sea World is within walking distance (as well as their new water park 'Aquatica' due to open 2007/08) More >> |

| Was a Bit Worried , about the hotel but once I found the thing and got used to its location It was really good away from all noise and with a nice heated pool , i would use the hotel and recommend it |

| Hotel in very poor condition and needs total upgrade.Continental breakfast disgusting, everybody threw it away.Good location though, right near Sea World, International Drive, Outlets and all major attractions and road networks. |

very good for price paid, free cont breakfast is ok and free transport to 'certian' parks is very helpful, but its location means that it is very hard to get to a variety of resturants or any nightlife for that matter (without a car). The iRide trolley is always too busy at peak times, have to resort to taxis that are expensive! More >> |
