Excellent hotel, very friendly, courteous, very clean, the battery for the remote control ran out and we couldnt turn our tv off or over, they were up in 5 mins within ringing about it to change it. | Hotel is located literally inside the shopping mall.Starbucks is right outside and open till 10.00pm.The staff are very pleasant and accomodating.I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. |

After a long flight from London it was very easy to drive directly to the hotel where the checking in was a very swift formality and the room was very clean and comfortable. It was also nice to walk into the Mall and stretch our legs but still be in comfortable temperatures.
The only down side was that you have to park the car in the Mall car park and not knowing the area caused a bit of concern but that was un-necessary worrying. More >> |

| Everything was good about this hotel. We had a couple of problems, ie electrical socket not working, but was sorted very quickly and the maid forgot the coffee etc on one occasion. However would highly recommend. |
