hotel was disgusting. carpets were soiled, bathroom tiles were covered in stains and filth, bath enamel was flaking off, curtains had holes, plug sockets were broken and hanging out of the wall, saftey deposit boxes in room were not working and could easily be pulled away from the wall, the room next door was empty with no window and poorly boarded up staff are awful and unwilling to help their attitutde towards our complaints of a filthy, unhygienic unsecure unsafe room was "check out then"!! I was very disappointed that my usual fight with a cockroach could not take place as the hotel was kept too clean. But that said it is really a GREAT value hotel and really very well placed for Universal, International Drive and Wet & Wild. We have stayed before and would stay again. The manger is very friendly and helpful and has a good manner with guests.
The very best breakfast in Orlando at the Ponderosa is just a short drive and for an amazing $24 four people can eat as much as they want from a vast selection. The staff are really great, it is clean and fantastic value.
Each year I find at least on cockroach to fight but on this trip they must have known it was me and kept away. More >> |

This hotel has been around for a while and is showing it's age a bit; but is clean, has spacious romms; and is excellent value. Also it's just 2 or 3 minutes drive to Universal Studios and Wet n Wild, and is right where all the action is on International Drive. If you need a budget place that's close to the attractions this hotel fits the bill. More >> |

Hotel is conveniently situated on International Drive and has two swimming pools. The rooms are not unsimilar to others that I have stopped in along International Drive and although I have no complaints I am not sure that it was worth paying £140 more than usual for something that was still average.
