We had a problem with the booking and were left to sort this out on our own with no help from rooms net. Our room was left open after maintenace did some work and we found that there was a fault on he lock which was not repaired during our seven day stay. Accomodation was looking vert tiresd and needs some major overhaul.

Please Enter the Comments / Review about the hotel in this area I was intially very impressed with the room, but during unpacking found a large cockroach . I also found a previous guest's questionaire form which commented upon the cleanliness of the room, which I found overall only average.I had a issue with the maid, who when I had a do not disturb sign on the door , continued to knock on it until I opened the door ( sleeping due to jet lag ), who then did not want to wait two minutes, whilst I got dressed.

I loved this hotel. The grounds were fabulous, the rooms are spacious and it is far enough from I-drive so it is relaxing but close enough to drive to in 4 minutes so you are in the middle of the action. The housekeeping are excellent as is the front desk. The only negative was that we asked for a 12 noon checkout rather than 10am and they would not accomodate as they said they were busy. We also got the best rate from this website and not direct with the hotel, but you can phone them direct with the booking reference and make requests such as a refurbished room or a lake, golf or pool view. I would definately stay here again.
