been to this hotel many times, but always through a travel agent, this was the first time i had booked with roomsnet, and we were well pleased. everything went to plan, and we had a fab time. going there again next year... and will be using roomsnet again....well done !

The hotel is very central - handy for Universal Studios, shopping and the Interstate Highway. Disney was a 15 minute drive away Undergoing refurbishment at the moment, however our rooms were newly refurbished so no complaints The buffet breakfast is served in a pleasant room adjacent to the pool and is a great start to the day.

The passageways, carpets, doors anf the room were all tatty and in desperate need of a facelift. The drawers to store clothes were all broken with the bottoms out and the safe did not work. The dryers in the laundry room were all dirty and my clothes were spoilt. Although items were reported daily nothing was done to fix anything. Competition is fierce in Orlando, there are better places for the same price. Would not stay here again.
