We enjoyed our stay. Although I left a hooded jacket by the Computer in Reception which was not handed in to the office or Housekeeping so disappointed about that. The hotel staff were very good and the facilites were very good. The pool was well heated and enjoyable. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the hotel for the price. It had received mixed reviews on various websites, but I found these to be wide of the mark. Housekeeping called daily, which was one thing reviewers claimed didn't happen. The poolside spa was a nice touch.

I paid about £18 per night for a room here and consider it to have been good value for money. The room was not spotless but certainly clean enough and room service was good. We had not expected a fridge in the room so that was a pleasnat suprise. the pool was quite small but was never overcrowded. There is no kiddy pool for toddlers but my 4 year old (who can't swim) loved the water nevertheless and the purchase of a floaty costume ($13 bucks from Walmart) gave him the confidence to whizz around the pool for hours. The location of this hotel is excellent. If you have a car it's a short drive to 2 Walmarts but there is a Publix and several restaurants that are in walking distance and a bus stop right outside the hotel. I found the hotel staff friendly. I turned up at reception for one of the advertised Kiddy ice cream parties and the receptionist produced some tubs of ice cream and told us to get on with it! Not very sophisticated but the ice cream was nice and I was allowed to have one too! If you're visiting Kissimme to do the parks ,spend a bit of time relaxing by the pool and aren't looking for anything too swish this place is certailnly good enough.

The hotel is great value for money. I went with my child aged 8 who loved it to bits. As long as you have a car, you will still be within the heart of teh Orlando excitement. There is ample parking space throughout the complex and there are parking spaces intermittently, near each room so you do not have to haul your luggage around the hotel. Note: some rooms are on 1st floor level and there are no lifts. They do not have a kettle but they have a coffee maker that kinda does the trick when you get the hang of it. The rooms were very spacious and well maintained. The price was by the room and not by the person and therefore for 4 people sharing it would equate to 5 pounds per person per night! There is a heated swimming pool and hot tub on the complex. The hot tub is uncomfortably hot although if you do manage to submerge yourself, afterwards you get a fantastic nights sleep. The facilities are opn until 11.00pm and there is a pool bar and television. Overall I would say excellent value for money and have definately saved the details to return.

I can't praise this hotel enough! The rooms were spotless, the location was perfect, and amazing value for money! Close to all the major attractions by car and within walking distance of loads of places to eat. My Boyfriend and I didn't want to come home!
