i cannot fault the service provided by rooms .net . however on arrival in orlando all seemed to be going well until arrival at the hotel the homewood suites on i drive . the management informed us that our room had not been vacated by the previous occupiers so we could not have it, they had found another hotel approx a mile away were we could stay for the one night and hopefully a room would be available next day. you can imagine how we felt having just travelled 4000 miles and wanting to settle into our room for the next 7 days . eventually getting our room we found that the pool was totally shaded from the sun due to a design fault , the hotel offered a share facility with a nearby hotel which wasa bit of a pain. i would not recommend this hotel there are to many other good ones to choose from.
