I truly believe you get what you pay for. With Hawthorns, you get slightly more. It is a cheaper end hotel which is well situated, has a good pool, hot tub, etc. It provides all you would need in terms of rooms provision and staff who are not intrusive. The breakfast is not much to write home about, but given it is included in the price, what's to complain about! For the money I paid on Roomsnet.com, I would certainly stay there again, in fact, I probably will.

We were fine during our stay but this hotel needs a renovation now, it is shabby and could do with redecoration. The staff are nice and the breakfast is not great/ The sofa bed in the lounge was way past its sell by date so we could have done with another room.

This is our first visit to Orlando, so we were novices. A friend explained that generally the hotels were a bit tired but clean. This description suitably captures the suites. However, our one bed suite was excellently appointed with a kitchenette, fridge, seperate sink, hairdryer and ironing board, everything we needed. The breakfast was a bit repetitive but adequate and free! The staff were friendly and efficient, the kids loved the pool and the beds were comfortable, which is all you require. At first it appeared the location may be a bit off the beaten track, but we soon established that if you have transport, the location is easily accessible but away from the more 'Blackpool' style area of I Drive. There was evidence during our stay of ongoing maintenance and redecoration, but this did seem to be more cosmetic and restricted to the communal areas. If the hotel does happen to read this, I suggest that they extend this to the rooms themselves as very soon some urgent renovation/ maintenance will be required. We would have no hesitation in booking the same accommodation again and would strongly recommend it for family accommodation.

The Hawthorn Suites were ideally situated, close to I Drive but far enough away from the noise. Also close to the outlets at LBV and Publix. The breakfast provided was really good to get you started for the day, they provided ceral, fruit juice, fresh fruit, muffins and varying hot items daily. All in all it was great value for money, the room was adequate and very clean, no complaints at all.

Fantastic value for money. Rooms were very spacious and clean. complimentary hot buffet bonus made this a superb hotel. staff were helpful. the only improvements i can think of would be some updated furniture and a bigger pool. very small things though and not enough to hinder anyone's holiday. thank you so much for this great deal. i'll be again.
