This was the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel and was overall very pleased. Unfortunately on 2 of the 4 ocassions, they informed us that there was no room for us even though we arrived at the hotel before 9 am with the accommodation voucher. Need to arrive early to ensure that rooms have been assigned! This was no fault of RoomsNet. More >> |
