Phone not working in room, reported twice and not repaired, told the reception but his reply was to shop me that i could use the reception phone but that is not very private as others was in the area at the time. Expected to be refunded the hotel fee but none given. Will only stay there if again if desperate and will not even recommend it to my worst enemy. More >> |

The hotel is a tourist class, ideally situated on International Drive, next door to Wet n Wild and ideally placed for a 10 minute drive or walk to Universal Studios, or the 20 minute drive to Walt Disney World.
There are also buses running to local attractions (the LYNX service) and the bus stop is right outside the hotel so you could get away without a car if intending on only staying in the Orlando area.
Only one thing - if you receive calls there is no message service in the room, and you have to push to actually receive messages left at reception.

| At first I wanted to die, run away and find another hotel but from day2 on it was great, I think it was an oversight on the housekeeping staff from the hotels point of view. all in all a good booking experience. |

Hotel was what we expected for the price and to be fair, after spending time in many of the others in Orlando area / International Drive which were perhaps 3 x the price such as Best Western, Holiday Inn etc they did not offer any more than the Days Inn, isnt that strange ?? More >> |

| There was no tea or coffee pot in the room,had to buy own from walmart,had to request tolet roll each day as none was ever left in room. |

We found all the staff at the Hotel to be very helpful and friendly. Victor who was on the reception was very polite and helpful and is an asset to the hotel.
We are considering coming to Orlando next year for three weeks so we would not hesitate in coming back to the hotel again.
Many thanks for making our vacation a happy and pleasent experience.
