Excellent! I would have no reservations about anyone wanting to stay at this hotel! To be honest, I don't know what people were complaining about when I read the bad reviews about the place as I really had a great stay! It seems to be a real Northern Irish community as a lot of people from Northern Ireland seem to come here a lot!!

Third year staying here, the hotel is good value for the money paid, as all we do is sleep and have breakfast in it. If you want all your home comforts and will not content with a clean, basic hotel then this is not for you. Location great, staff all very nice, will be back again.

I visited this area 15 years ago and received the same high standard. Free breakfasts were very welcome, , although I'd prefer to see some sort of check where only people staying at the building actually enjoyed this service. Swimming pool was too cold to use. Cleaners were very efficient and free coffee also well received. Gymnasium not up to much and maybe better to offer the Crowne Plaza gumnasium instead.

I can't say too much about this hotel, as we only stayed one night. Although in the short time we were there I found the staff very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble, the location is ideal for the I Drive,(International Drive), which is just a 5 minute walk away, and there are plenty of amenities for those staying for a longer time. I have stayed in a few Comfort Inns around the USA and they have all been good value. I would recommend staying in the Comfort Inn Universal if you are looking for an economy hotel in a central location..
