This hotel is perfectly situated, within easy walking distance of many of the sights of New York, ie Times Square, Rockefeller Centre, Central Park, Fifth Avenue, Grand Central Station, and many of New York's finest restaurants and stores. The hotel is adequate for a comfortable stay in New York. Many Hollywood stars stayed here whilst visiting New York in the 60's, and where the Beatles and Elvis Presley stayed. In fact, Cary Grant lived in this hotel for 12 years! It has "faded" a little since then but still has a homely atmosphere. Read Less

I couldn't fault any aspect of the hotel. Great price for a good standard of accomodation in central midtown.
