when we arrived we were informed there was no air conditioning in the hotel due to refurbishments. As well as this they had no spare fans.... Click here to read more
when we arrived we were informed there was no air conditioning in the hotel due to refurbishments. As well as this they had no spare fans in the hotel which made the stay v uncomfortable. As i booked over the internet they could not reimburse me any money so all in all it was a very unsatisfactory stay for the price i paid for the hotel. Are you in a position to resolve this matter?
