The carpets in our room were filthy (1016) the room was always cold and when we turned on the heat it smelt. We felt the standard of food had dramatically dropped on ate there one whereas last year we ate every evening there all in all we were very disappointed and would not return there. Read Less

I moved on to a Hilton and a Marriott for a few days and they both had comp water/ chips, cookies etc in the rooms which was a nice touch. Read Less
