The thirty thirty hotel was very well placed to take advantage of new yorks midtown attractions, sadly the hotel itself was poor. The rooms were small but clean, the room had no tea/coffee facilities and all contact I had with the hotel was pretty dissappointing in relation to tourist support. Having hugely embarrasingly originally entered someone elses room at the start of our visit as the reception desk 'doubled up' in error the service was generally poor. A poor experience in the coupled bar/restaurant, an expensive taxi arranged through the hotel 'taxi management system' ($60 to JFK) generally left sour tastes in our mouths which is very dissappointing as the trip was arranged to celebrate our engagement and the hotel wasn't cheap by any means. New York = fantastic, thirty thirty hotel = big dissappointment More >> |

We were well looked after by your staff, the only negative aspect of our stay was the drinks in the bar were very expensive they were double the price compared to other bars we visited. I think to make your Hotel more attractive is to include Breakfast in the price, people can make up their own minds if they want breakfast or not. Their were no coffee making faclities this would also be a benefit to clients. More >> |

it was our first trip to new york, our hotel, thirty thirty, was in a ideal position, plenty of resturants within walking distance, and a couple of irish bars only a few blocks away,we did use the underground (metro),and found it an ideal way of getting about,we bought a 7 day ticket $24, which was good value, the people in new york ,we found were very friendly, and helpfull,it was our 30th wedding anniversary, and we both really enjoyed our stay,we will certainly be going back in the future to a wonderfull city , full of wonderfull people, mr & mrs peter douglas, wallasey, wirral uk. We had two standard rooms - but these were not identical, main difference being bathroom size and only one had air conditioning (not a problem in November). Perfectly OK for what we wanted - i.e. just a base to sleep but if you like to lounge around in a hotel then there is little else. Good location - Times Square, Broadway, Empire State Building, UN Building, Macy's, Bloomingdales, Tiffanys all within 30 mins walk. More >> |

Well located for Empire state and macys and all shops not far from Times Square. The hotel was immaculate and had good faciliteis including good hairdryer and iron however a tea and coffee making facility would have been a bonus. The litte resturant connected to the hotel served a wide variety of breakfast to suit all tastes We walked everywhere so cant comment on transport but the hotel was able to order a taxi to take us back to Newark Airport We all had a fantastic time in NY and will stay again in the Thirty Thirty More >> |

Our double room was extremely small. The wash-hand basin was in the room itself as there was no room for it in the bathroom and there was only 1 chair and no table/desk. The modern/minimalist interior was interesting but that doesn’t really make up for the cramped conditions. However, when you consider the convenient, central location this really is fairly good value. There was a good selection of complimentary local magazines (Time Out etc). The staff were helpful and efficient and check-in was trouble-free. More >> |

Very expensive for the price paid. The rooms were very small and could do with decorating. The picture on the website did not resemble the room that I stayed in !. The only plus side was the location of the hotel (very close to Empire State Building).
The staff offered to get me a taxi and from the price paid ($70) they took a large slice ($10) of the fare for their troubles. I see this as an easy way to rip off first time tourists visiting this hotel, that need a taxi in a rush. More >> |
