I was pleasntly surprised with this hotel. The rooms were clean and big enough for 3 of us sharing. They were a bit dark but we didn't exactly spend much time in there so not a problem. A great location and the day staff very friendly with a very helpful concierge. Would fully recommend this hotel. Excellent value for money.

this comment is more about the interface between the agent and the hotel.. I had booked a triple room, asking for 3 beds but on arrival was told that the largest room has only 2 beds and if we wanted 3 there would have to be a "put you up bed" brought into the room. This should have been clear when booking but was not> the hotel claimed that they did not know this and that it was the responsibiblity of the agent.. As the customer I do not know who is responsible but it was not made clear to me at the time of booking.

Apart from the grumpy staff on the front desk, this was an excellent find... it's not a luxurious, boutique hotel but it is right in the heart mid-town, the rooms are a decent size, clean & comfortable and a reasonable price with FindNewYorkRooms... what more could you ask for! I would go back.
