This hotel is very well located. The room and the bathroom were clean. A little bit noisy because it was on the street side. The breakfast was without pretention but just enough to start the day : bagels, donuts, coffee, tea, orange juice, lemonade, cream cheese, jam. The staff was very helpful. Internet access and public phone in the hall, it was very convenient. I would stay there again.

I think that you should be more accurate about the price that you are charging for a reservation. I was under the impression that I was to pay a certain price, and little did I know I had to convert U.S. dollars to U.K dollars. Needless to say it has been a major inconvienance doing business with your company, and in the future I will not use your website, nor would I recomend anyone to book with you.

I was very disapointed with this hotel.The size of the room and the decor within was poor to say the least.The whole room and indeed corridors need a severe makeover.The continental breakfast was a big disapointment.The lift in the hotel was far too small.The only good thing about this hotel was its location.

If we hadn't prepaid for our stay we wouldn't have spent one night here. This hotel is one of the worse I have ever stayed in, its old, drab and horrible. The showers dont work proberly its either freezing or too hot or in our case the shower wouldn't turn off which meant we got moved to another unpleasent room, the location of the hotel is great but I would not advise anyone to book it regardless of the price. No heating in rooms during snow storm!! Request for extra blankets ignored. Checked booking night prior to our arrival and told no fridge which we needed for my daughters medication was not available. On day of check in no room available for us.........After a stand off, our suite ( as booked and paid for ) was made available and yes fridge was available!!!!!!!!!

The hotel is situated right in heart of New York, close to Empire State building, Times Square and Macy's for some good shopping. Dont expect anything special from the rooms, a very basic set up. They have everything you would need, bed, shower and ironing bored.

The Hotel was the worst i have ever stayed in. It was so dirty i never took socks off, the carpet was pitted and the bathroom was worse. The shower didnt work and for the last two nights of our stay the toilet didnt work either. I do not recommend anyone staying here even if it is cheaper than some hotels its disgusting!!!

Regency Inn and Suite, West 34th St, Manhattan. My room had no heating. The window in the bathroom was broken. My room was the only one that used a key instead of a swipe card. It was clearly not a room normally used by guests. The door did not lock. One evening I returned to find a couple having sex in my room. It was very unsettling and disturbing. How did they know that my room on the 7th floor could be opened without a key? This room, no 720, should not be used for guests until it is made secure, the broken window fixed and the heating turned on. I was given another room but no apology, no comment at all from the hotel management. All very sad, John Moran
