We had a very small standard room, but it was clean and everything worked perfectly. Staff friendly. Location simply cannot be beaten - it is right beside Times Square! If you just want a base to see the City, this little hotel is hard to beat. Let's face it if you spend most of the day in your room, you have wasted your holiday!

I was expecting a basic room but this was an extremely tiny room very similar to a cabin in a small ship.. Supposed to be a double room but only one person could walk around the room at any time. Requested twin beds as I was sharing with my sister - but did not get them. No coffee makr supplied. We were given one when we asked but they said it was a fire risk due to size of room. Overcharged for phonecall. When we said we had booked on the internet they were not surprised that we had been given a poor room! Wrong information on call charges given. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Would definately not recommend it.
