Overall,this hotel can not be faulted.Clean,modern & functional rooms coupled with a lovely,safe,convenient location with the bonus of having helpful staff!. The front desk and reception is currently being re-furbished,presumably to the high standard of the rooms. For the price this hotel is a must!

The air conditioning wasn't working at the being but when asked it was fixed, but this should have been checked before hand. Also the bathrooms were not always clean, myself found dirty towelson the floor, a basket of some type might improve this.

Room was small, but who cares your in New York! It had cable tv, airconditioning, the room was clean, a window to the outside. There was plenty of bathrooms to share and they were always clean. If your from London this is certainly not a new experience for you! The hotel let me chck in late, helped me out with sightseeing and tours, they even lent me a phone adaptor to charge my phone! I would stay there again, there may be better places for the same price but at least i know that this place is a safe bet. No complaints from me, you get what you pay for and this was pretty good.
