| The hotel was not very clean and facilities were very poor. The keys failed twice and had to be replaced, once at 1:30am I was locked out of my room. Surly desk staff were not eager to help! |

A lot of reviews I read were very negative about this hotel. I agree with those who have said that if you want to spend all day in a hotel room then book elsewhere and pay a lot more. Yes, the decor is a little tired, but I've stayed in a lot worse for a similar price. The location however is the best for getting anywhere in and around Manhattan. The service level is high. I arrived there at 11.30am and they found me a room and let me check-in without a problem, plus they let me extend my check-out until 1.00pm. More >> |

| Room was booked for 4, but each night we only had 3 towels and wash cloths. We had to call and order more each night. Location is great. |

Four adults were accomodated in a small dingy dirty room with no space to move. The beds where too small to fit two people (we are average size) and the bathroom was just as above,the shower did not work,we couldnt even open the entrance door without the aid of a shoulder. We complained at the reception desk only to be fobbed off by unhelpfull staff,a bouncer sorry security person even arrived and stood menacingly behind us,my family obviously look like terrorist. Do yourselves a favour and look elsewhere. More >> |

Very very nice hotel and could not ask for a more central position. The only bad thing that I can say about the Hotel is that the room was to small and there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The romm was really only a single that had had 2 small single beds put in there. New York always gave me the impression that there rooms and beds were huge. | The only comment was the size of the room. Ordering a standartd double we expected the room to be larger. We asked to pay for an up-grade to a larger room but were told none were available. |

We loved the hotel and had an amazing view!! Location was brilliant. Only complaints, couldn't get hair dryer to work and shower pressure/ temperature wasn't very good, but managed to cope well enough!

The Milford Plaza Hotel is just a perfect location- subway on your doorstep..walking distance to 5th Ave., Central Park etc., etc.,
Hotel staff extremely helpful, housekeeping excellent.
My only gripe would be our bathroom had a leaking tap in the bath and in the sink- constant dripping and of course wasting water.
Thank you too for your efficieny and excellent recomendation. Can't wait to return.
