This is a great hotel, although some of the rooms are quite small and facing the back or facing a wall. If you have a room facing the road, you are better off. We have stayed here 3 times, and twice they have changed us to a better room when we asked. The longer your stay, the more likely they are to upgrade you, especially if the hotel's not too full.

The website gave the wrong impression of the room, made it out to look better then it was. On entering the hotel it looked lovely, but when we were given the key to enter the room, we were very shocked with the room. It wasn't appealing at all, I think the website should be changed as it is made to look better then it is. The window in the room wasn't sealed properly, lots of noise coming in from outside, and also cold air. I also the room should have a fridge!! The only thing that was good about the room was the bathroom!! I won't be recomending this hotel to anyone!!

We booked a triple room with 2 queen size beds for 3 people. We got there and we had been given one king size bed. There were 2 girls and 1 guy and we all had to share the bed because they had no more available. She also said they don't guarantee 2 beds although it didn't say that anywhere on any of my reciepts or bookings. She said she'd get back to me the next day but she never did, and we didn't bother to contact her cos we would have had to move rooms and it was a lot of hassle. Also the location isn't great. You could be a lot closer to the action. There's a bit of a walk to the subway. And when we were leaving to go to the airport, we wanted a taxi which charges a flat fare of $45 to JFK, but the doorman said I can get you a car for $50 and the toll ($4.50) is included. So we said ok we'll do that. When we got to the toll bridge We had to pay it ourselves. I was very pissed off.

Nice central location, we requested 2 separate beds upon booking and on arrival we had been allocated a double room, to remedy this we were given the most uncomfortable fold up bed. The windows were very thin and we could here every single bit of noise from outside. I was expecting better but the hotel did have good service.
