Charging for phone calls made with a call card is daylight robbery and is a very mean practice after all it is not cheap to stay in the hotel

we stayed in this hotel for 4 nights as booked by this company and we had the most beautiful suite with a great view. we will definately be back to stay here again and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. it is in a great area for travelling around manhatten.
very good location a lot of renovation being done at the moment but did'nt really effect our stay. The bell boy appeares to be overworked as the're was a big delay getting our bags to and from the room.The beds were fantastic the most comfortable i have ever slept in.Food was a bit expensive but the service was good .
We thoroughly enjoyed our Stay at the Fitzpatrick, all the staff were extremely helpful and when they heard it was my birthday upgraged our room and gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne!! Can't complain about that!!!

Stayed here for 8 nights, staff and management could not have been more helpfull! room although not massive it was beautiful, and had all you needed,would not stay anywhere else!!

We stayed in Fitzpatricks last year and were very felt that the standard had dropped dramatically since. The carpets in our room were filthy (1016) the room was always cold and when we turned on the heat it smelt. We felt the standard of food had dramatically dropped on ate there one whereas last year we ate every evening there all in all we were very disappointed and would not return there.
The desk staff, concierges and the bar staff were fantastic. I found the room to be quite small and was also disappointed not to get so much as a complimentary bottle of water in the room.
I moved on to a Hilton and a Marriott for a few days and they both had comp water/ chips, cookies etc in the rooms which was a nice touch.
