I emailed requests before arrival and was lucky enough to receive both . heating faulty in room and problem getting repair . hotel asked us to change rooms but we were happy with a portable heater . hotel is close to most mid-manhatten attractions .did not use hotel for food as eating facilities are everywhere . would stay again .

Good Hotel in a great location,staff very helpful,minutes from broadway and times Sq.rooms good size ,with added bonus of a small kitchenette with fridge,microwave,coffee maker,restaurant in hotel for breakfast,but we used the Pigalle and the olympic diners just at the end of the road,and round the corner.

Friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location near to main attractions e.g. Times Square, Central park, Rockerfeller Centre and Fifth Ave. Clean and tidy, spacious rooms (well the one we had was)! and in a quiet street. Would definitely stay there again
