Terrific location, 38th Street at 6th Avenue! The room was very small and cramped, with hardly any 'hanging' space and no drawer space for clothes etc., so more or less everything stayed in the suitcase until needed! However, the room - and the hotel, was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful too. If all you're looking for is a bed then this place would be ideal.

Top Hotel very friendly staff clean rooms an absolute top location Times Square around the corner, Empire State Building Macys 2 minutes away and top tip you want good breakfast on the way to Macys 1 block past Mcdonalds amazing deli for breakfast and dinner.

The Americana Inn on 38th Street was ideal for our trip to NewYork. The location was very handy for Times Square, Macy's, 5th Avenue shopping heaven, Broadway etc. The staff were helpful, courtious and friendly. We were first timers to the BigApple and thoroughly enjoyed our 5 magical days there. I hope to return in the not too distant future and would highly recommend the Americana Inn to other travellers.
