Terrible! Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready, came back 3 hours later to find it STILL wasn't ready, so they moved our room. Well, if you can call it a room - it was a box with a bed, it was tiny!! Complained to reception to be told it was nothing to do with them, it was the company we booked with. Apparently our only option was to pay more to "upgrade" - what a con! Avoid this hotel at all costs, spend the extra and stay in the Plaza when it reopens! More >> |
