The standard or service, food, assistance was first rate and I would highly recommend this hotel to any tourist in Miami. We could not fault anything about the hotel. The factilities and attention to detail was excellent for the price charged. The concierge, reception staff, front door staff, restaurant staff were all so helpful and friendly. The beach on the doorstep, safe neighbourhood and q $20 taxi from the heart of the nightlife.... we could not have asked for anything more

the hotel was very nice and the consierge very helpful. the only bad things were the pool which was very dirty and the fact you had to pay for chairs at the pool and a parking fee. i don't understand why a guest should be charged these things.otherwise it was a beautiful clean hotel.
