The room was poor. Very bad light in the room. It was a dark room. All three beds were most uncomfortable. No water available on the Thursday to have a shower or indeed wash our teeth. Nobody came to us to advise us even thought we reported it. At 2.00 on that day we had to go to a friend's house to wash our teeth and there was no apologise. The shower in the bathroom would need to be replaced.
