| Room cleaners were excellent and pleasant. Breakfast buffet staff and reception staff were far from helpful. Hotel of this quality shouldn't run out of butter at brakfast time and reception should be able to offer a UK power adapter. |

| Hotel was lovely. Staff excellent. Restaurant good although same menu every night. Hotel was quite cold given the cold weather outside. Facilities limited due to poor weather. Might be a lot better in summer. |
