It is a part of the Municipality of Santanyi which is about 4 kms away. Some very interesting places in Cala Santanyi are the bay, an underwater cave whilst on the other side you would find an old tower which has been recently restored. The most famous landmark in Cala Santanyi would be the Es Pontas which is a stone arch carved by the force of the waves. Cala Figuera a picturesque fishing port and the Cala Mondrago natural park are also situated nearby.

Built in 1971 and renovated in 2001 this hotel consists of 6 floors and is surrounded by pine trees. It consists of a restaurant that serves Mediterranean specialties, bar, laundry service, swimming pools one of which is heated during the cooler months, a sauna, buffet breakfast, a terrace solarium, money exchange, luggage room and a Jacuzzi.
