Niza

Found on the south-west Majorcan resort of Paguara, the Niza apartments enjoy a beach front location. The apartments are found adjacent to and are a part of the Mar y Pins Hotel. Paguera is a busy and lively area, crowded with tourists, and in particular a favorite among the Germans. All 3 beaches in the resort, Playa Palmira, Playa Tora and Playa La Romana, are tied together by a promenade. The shopping area, running parallel to the promenade boasts some British owned bars and restaurants.

Paguera is found on the south west coast of Mallorca; 14 miles west of Palma, the capital and 20 miles from Son San Juan (Palma Airport). Majorca, a safe haven for the worshiper of the sun and the sand, is the most popular and best-known of the Balearic Islands. From the white sandy beaches, nature reserves and scenic hillsides to vast golfing greens and happening nightlife, Majorca seems to have it all in a nutshell.

The Mar y Pins Hotel hotels restaurant buffet offers buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a variety of cuisine. The weekly paella and Majorcan kitchen themes here, allows you to sample fine local favorites. The bar is open from 12.00h to 16:00h and 18:00h to 23:00h, serving a range of drinks and cocktails; an ideal place to wind-down or socialize.

The outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by an open terrace with sun beds and parasols. The pool bar enjoys spectacular views of Peguera bay and offers BBQ, salads and fast food and a range of drinks. During the winter you may utilize the hotels indoor swimming pool. The hotel also has a Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam bath. For the little ones there is a play area. A TV room and a table games room are also found onsite. The entertainment program features a twice a week dancing.

The 2-floored Niza complex has 10 apartments, each featuring amenities such as an equipped kitchenette, telephone, TV with satellite, in-room safes, air conditioning and central heating and a private bathroom with a hairdryer.
