Stayed at the Marina Barracuda for 4 nights and we got what we expected for the price paid. The food was pretty good with lots of English dishes, such as roast beeef ; yorkshire pudding. The food could of been hotter at times.
There was never a rush for sunbeds, which was nice,especiallly in August, but only had 6 umberellas for the whole pool.
You could only get 2 drinks at a time at the bar, and there was a wide variety of drinks available, but in my opinion the wine was undrinkable. Therre was often long queues at the bar, but never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be served. The restaurant was self service for wine, beer,and soft drinks.
To sum the hotel up it's basic, but ok. I personally thought it was a little far out and would of prefered to be a little more central. It was better than i expected it to be. It isn't the sort of hotel i would want to take my children too for a fortnights holiday, but thats just my opinion, but for a short break it was fine.
I wouldn't go to Magaluf Allinclusive again. Theres too many nice places to sit and have a drink or a bite to eat, without being stuck in the hotel, at reasonable prices. I am usually a big fan of allinclusive holidays, but wish we had gone H/b or s/c here. That doesn't mean there's anything wrong with the hotel, just wouldn't recommend AI for Magaluf. << click here to read less |

We had an excellent stay in the above hotel. Everything was great, food excellent - great choice, cheeseboard much appreciated by our group. Lots of choices for food. Ther all inclusive package was brilliant, snacks great. Rooms cleaned great and plenty of space. Could do with a little more drawerspace but adequate.
The hotel was closing down as we left which did make it lack atmosphere but we could go to the Marina Pax which still had plenty of guest.
In total a thoroughly great holiday. Looking up other hotels in Marina Group for future holidays. << click here to read less |
