on arrival at our hotel room we saw it needed cleaning, there were clean towels and the beds were clean but the rest of the room was quit.... click here to readmore >> on arrival at our hotel room we saw it needed cleaning, there were clean towels and the beds were clean but the rest of the room was quite dusty and obviously had not been swept for a while. We went to reception and told the receptionist who got it sorted straight away plus we got the extra pillows we asked for. From then on we had clean towels every day and also the room was cleaned too so we were happy with that. We have been going to Magaluf for around 20 years so we know the area and many of the hotels and always choose a Sol Hotel but we felt that the Jamaica needed a bit of an update compared to the Trinidad or the Magaluf Park, but saying that we will be booking up for next year but not at the Jamaica,but we would say that the food was tremendous as we were half board and there was something for even the pickiest eater, which we are not and will have a taste of anything. << click here to read less

I come here with a group of girls and the location was great for all the bars and clubs, everything was in walking distance but not too close you can hear the music when your trying to sleep! I did think that the pool was over crowded and the hotel itself needed a lick of paint. The staff were all very friendly and the food was good. I would come here again if they managed to stop the fan on my bedroom ceiling looking like it was about to fly out the window. << click here to read less
