The hotel is found about a kilometer off the center of Puerto Pollensa resort, originally a fishing village. Alongside the marina you will see many luxury yachts and colorful local fishing boats. Looking after the needs of the tourist's, bars and cafes are found parallel to the coastline. The renowned Pine Walk is ideal for an evening stroll, enjoying the pleasant and cool Mediterranean breeze.
Puerto Pollensa is found about 60 miles northeast of Palma, the Majorcan capitol and its Son San Joan international airport. This unique resort caters to both young and old; and couples and families. It combines history of Roma era (The Roman town of Pollensa can be found 5 km inland from the port) with typical Majorcan sun, sand and the majestic ocean; the combination which makes this island the most sought after of the Balearics.
Inside the 1960's styled property is a range of modern hotel facilities. The hotels restaurant-cafe offers buffet styled dinner and breakfast; No lunch is served however. A meeting room and a lounge with satellite TV is found indoors. While outside you will find two tennis courts, swimming pool and children's pool immersed in terrace surrounded by pleasant, ever green pine trees.
Renovated in 2000, the hotel features a total of 105 guest rooms; each with warm bright color schemes and comfortable furnishings. Each has its own terrace or balcony, and some enjoy views out on to the tranquil blue waters of the ocean. Standard room amenities include telephone, full bathroom, safety deposit box, air-conditioning, satellite T.V, etc. The more suites comfortable and spacious suites come with lounges, and mini-bars, etc.

A hotel with loads of character. perfect for young families and more mature guests.Ideally situated for walks along the promanade and beach. For fantastic views over the beach and across the bay, I recommend a room with a sea view. Staff are very friendly and polite. Lots of choice for eating out in the town which does break up the monotony of hotel food. Read Less

We had a twin room at the back of the Hotel which had 3 windows, each opening onto either extract fans from the kitchen and/or other a/c ducts. Smells from the kitchen duct would come into the room if the window was left open and the noise from what I took to be the a/c units woke me all through the night.
The tv could only receive one channel.
The room we had (171) should not be let to any guest but be used as a maids store.
The pool area is cramped and very boring.
All in all, I would not rate this property. It is in the same portfolio as the Illa D'or Hotel a five star property and I believe the Bahia Hotel a one star property. The Bahia looked extremely good. Read Less
