My wife and I loved Cala D'or and the Hotel Hipico and would definitely book again with yourselves. I wasn't going to bother with this review, but having just looked again at places to stay in Cala D'or for next year, i just wanted to go back to the hotel Hipico BUT the thought of another night in that room without air-conditioning or even a decent fan just forces me to think again. Maybe my wife and I could just put up with the very dated bathroom , cracked sink and shower tray with a very small toilet area only really suitable for very small people,but even that is a real put off. We wonder if any of the rooms on the lower floors with separate balconies would be different. (we quite liked the shared balconies by the way). Everything else about this hotel was really good and a great location. We want to go back again next year with another couple and will just have to hope that the overdue refurbishment of the rooms takes place soon and then we will certainly go back. Read Less
